Hi, Leading Soul!

Let me tell you something that most likely goes against the grain.

The most important leadership journey you will ever take doesn’t start in a boardroom or in the C-Suite. It doesn’t start with a promotion, a platform, or a title.

It starts inside.

It starts the moment you decide to stop waiting for someone to hand you permission to lead — and begin doing the quiet, uncomfortable, deeply personal work of healing and leading yourself.

That’s what brought Leading Soul Global into existence.

And that truth doesn’t belong to one culture, one country, one continent, or even one kind of leader.

It belongs to all of us.

Here’s the honest story.

I didn’t create this space because I had everything figured out.

I created it because I looked around — across cities, continents, and communities — and kept seeing the same thing.

Brilliant, passionate, purpose-driven people who were leading everyone else beautifully while quietly struggling on the inside. It’s that latter part that would sip out in the least expected moments.

People who could inspire a room but couldn’t silence their own self-doubt. So, consciously or unconsciously would seek containers in others to store or absorb it.

People who had a vision for the world but no clarity about who they were becoming in the process because posturing what was all they knew to anchor it on.

People who were doing so much — but feeling so little of it. But at least their titles, positions appeared to seemingly cover the disconnect quite perfectly.

From Lagos to Amsterdam. From São Paulo to Seoul. From Accra to Los Angeles.

The same quiet struggle. The same unspoken question —

“Am I doing this right? Am I becoming who I was meant to be?”

And that’s if that second question was even able to rise to the top from the quiet recesses of the mind.

Leading Soul is part of a bigger mission — one that is very close to my heart.

In 2023, I wrote a book called Lead You — created specifically for young leaders across the African continent who deserved a leadership resource that speaks directly to their world. Their reality. Their potential.

Not imported frameworks. Not recycled theory.

Something real. Something actionable. Something theirs.

That book is now slated for a broader re-release in August 2026 — with an updated, bolder, and more powerful reach than ever.

And you — wherever you are in the world — will be the first to know. The first to access it. The first to be part of what this mission is becoming.

Because what starts on one continent has the power to ripple across all of them.
